Liu Ping, vice president and secretary-general of the China Evaluation Standards Association, member of the International Evaluation Standards Committee, and senior member of RICS, was invited to attend the meeting and delivered a keynote speech. The conference focused on "the impact of evaluation standards in the financial market, the impact of IFRS on the evaluation industry, the comparison between international evaluation standards and Japanese evaluation standards, the true value of company assets, the role of evaluation in economic development, and how corporate value appraisers Professional discussions were conducted on topics such as helping companies improve their financial status. Liu Ping gave a speech entitled "The Role of Evaluation in Economic Development" at the conference. She said that although China's asset appraisal industry started late, it has developed rapidly and actively participates in the reform of the state-owned enterprise, fiscal and taxation system, financial system reform and other economic system reforms. Today, thanks to strong government support, strong industry organization and management, and a solid foundation of 20 years of industry development, the Chinese asset appraisal industry has embarked on a professional path of appraisal services with Chinese characteristics and created a set of appraisal theories that conform to the market economy. The system has cultivated an evaluation team with strong professional competence. Liu Ping believes that a country’s evaluation criteria should be regularized and operable, while the international evaluation criteria are a banner and should be principled. It is necessary to let the evaluation community of all countries in the world know what needs to be evaluated. For the asset appraisal industry to develop continuously, three conditions must be met. The first is to have a team of appraisers with good practice ability, continuous reform and innovation, complete knowledge structure, and high comprehensive quality; the second is the appraisal industry organization and this appraisal team. The division team must have a keen eye to discover the market, capture the market, and better serve the market; the third is to have a relatively complete management mechanism that effectively coordinates government supervision and industry self-discipline. She proposes that expanding the market, becoming more professional, and strengthening itself is the common vision of the continuous development of the global evaluation industry. Appraisers from all over the world should unite and unite to jointly promote the development of the appraisal industry and write a new chapter in the appraisal industry. More than 190 professionals from China, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and other evaluation circles attended this meeting. |
