Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Issuing the National Standard "Regulations for Real Estate Appraisal"

　　 The "Regulations for Real Estate Appraisal" is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB/T 50291-2015, which will be implemented on December 1, 2015. The original "Regulations for Real Estate Appraisal" GB/T50291-1999 shall be repealed at the same time.

　　This specification is published and distributed by the China Construction Industry Press organized by the Institute of Standards and Ratings of our Ministry.

　　Remarks:

　　 The main contents of this revision of GB/T 50291-2015 "Regulations for Real Estate Appraisal" are:

　　1. The division of chapters has been adjusted, and the terms in Chapter 2 of GB/T50291-1999 "Specifications for Real Estate Appraisal" and the standard format of Appraisal Report in Appendix A have been deleted;

2. Added route price method, standard price adjustment method, multiple regression analysis method, repair cost method, loss capitalization method, price difference method and other methods, as well as real estate damage compensation valuation, real estate investment fund property valuation, and real estate services for financial reporting Valuation for valuation purposes and other purposes;

　　3. Detailed and improved valuation principles, valuation procedures, valuation methods, valuations under different valuation purposes, valuation results, valuation reports, valuation professional ethics, etc.
